I wonder how long it take to breakdown the collegen, ok I will be in my room.

It is funny that we have problems with cute animals as food.  No problem with Cows, pigs, goats, but a horse or dog.  No way!!!  I wonder why, other than perception??

Years ago on April Fool's Day I posted on the Kamado Forum that "Pepe" my pet chihuahua had passed on and I was thinking about cremating him in my Kamado. Folks thought I was serious and worried that I would never get the smell out of my cooker. I finally posted that he smelled so good I had to taste him. "Tastes like chicken" I said letting everyone in on the joke.
