Hello everyone,
I just joined and thought I'd say hello. I'm old to eating barbecue, but pretty new to trying to get serious about cooking it. Being new, I'm working off of cheap equipment--a cheap Brinkmann smoker, a Char-Griller Kamado Smoker/Grill, a older Char-Griller large grill, and a little Weber grill. I have to say, it has been a lot of fun so far.
Looking forward to reading the posts here.
