My name is Patrick and I am retired from the Marine Corps.  Joined the forum a while ago but have just been trolling the threads.  I have been grilling, smoking and cooking for 20 years.  I have a few different grills and smokers that way I can mix things up from time to time.  I do small catering and enjoy hosting people at my house for any reason to cook.  I hope to contribute when possible with any of my recipes or my experiences.  Hope to see you all.   8)

Welcome to the website, Patrick. Where are you? Livin' here in the Valley, or visiting us from afar?

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
