Hi all.  DJ here.  Racin fan from Minnesota-gonna be an AZ snowbird in Florence,  Love racin-own and race a vintage sprint car.Plan on going to Manzanita if they have any races between Dec. and April.
Lived on "racetrack steaks"  (the roundkind) and "mystery meat' burritos till discovered bringing good barbecue to the races and keepin it hot till time to eat. Do a lot of bakin and dutch oven cookin as well as pit style barbecue.  Don't know if will have my pit this winter since it is kinda hard to tow behind the travel trailer. :D
Beautiful "Indian Summer" here in Minnesota.
Oh, by the way-barbecue HAS to be washed down with good beer and followed with a dessert.

Welcome DJ. I like the cold beer with my Q. Dessert on occassion is good. I like dessert, it's just a matter if there is still room.
