Hey y'all.  I thought I posted an introduction but I was wrong.  My name is Jeff.  I'm here in Tucson, Oro Valley actually.  I started BBQ because I was getting tired of the grilling scene.  I wanted a new taste and a new experience.  I'm starting new with a 22.5 inch Weber grill and a very old Brinkmann my brother bought at a yard sale for $5.  I looking for an offset smoker at a good price to increase my capacity.  I like pork mainly but want to expand and try different things.

Welcome onboard, great to have you.  Glad you found us.

Sounds like you are a full addict like the rest of us.  Wait until you Smoke up some great Tri Tip, Beef Ribs or Brisket, then tell me you are still a Pork man.  They just melt in your mouth when they are cooked right.
