Thom, Welcome to the site, great to see you over here, I'm so used to seeing you on all the other web sites.

I guess you can say it's "Free" over here, if you can put up with our ASU Bias...  ;D

This is a great BBQ Forum, it is more of your everyday BBQ enthusist who enjoys sharing the BBQ Passion.

We have a great group of people on here, some we have met, most we haven't, but look forward to at one of our upcoming events this year.

Everyone here seems to enjoy the site and the banter and so far, we have been very successful.

Looking forward to seeing you on here more and being able to gather some of your BBQ Knowledge and advice.

Enjoy!!

ASU huh The Gold and Maroon are the right colors but I am a USC fan
Just love Pac 10 Football I would watch Wash St vs. Cal if it was on LOL
Thats desperate I think its going to be a good Pac 10 year lots of teams on the way UP.
But the Dang Ohio St Looked Good at the end on the season LOTS of undergrads.
As for the Cardinals Man that takes faith to love that team Not really a NFL guy anymore
NASCAR Stole my heart 2 seasons ago.

;D USC fan....Ouch!!!  This is going to be a tough year for you after the last three they have had.

I too am a major Pac-9 fan.  Can't really call it the Pac-10 with UofA in it  ;) as they are the only Pac-10 team to never and I mean NEVER go to the Rose Bowl.  I love the Pac-9 and root for them whenever I can.  I loved the past three USC Teams, I'm glad to see Carson Palmer doing so well and I hope that Leinart Bush and White do just as well in the NFL.  These other conferences who say they are the best just wouldn't be able to cut it playing the caliber of teams we have here in the Pac-10 where 8 games a season are against top teams.

Yea, the forum is free for now, we don't have any plans yet for a paid membership, we are hoping to keep it free and keep the base we have of BBQ enthusists and backyard BBQers.  It makes it seem more like a family atmosphere.

I have never been a Cardinals fan, I have pledged my support this season and took the leap and purchased some Season Tickets, mainly for the new Stadium and Monday Nite Football, but I will give them one season to make me a believer.

I too got into NASCAR a few years back, it is a very interesting sport, and very easy to get hooked on it.  Hopefully we can meet up at some of the future races.

I guessin I am in more hot water round here as far as pac-10 goes. I dont have a fan base for college sports being from Tucson, but when it comes to basketball, I am a UofA fan. But I think I deserve a little slack. Not my fault I was born in a dumpy town whose only notable, positive thing is a college basketball team.
Can anyone guess why I dont live there???
