Whats up everyone, just another BBQ lover looking for any kind of tips I can get to help my food taste better.
Ive been smoking meat for about 4 months now, mainly doing ribs and whole chickens. I love grilling, i have been using a Webber kettle grill for about 10 years and one day I stumbled across a smoker that a neighbor put by the curb with a sign that said free so I dragged that thing 100 yards up hill to my house....OK maybe not 100, more like 40 with a small slope but with the 100 degree temps and the stupid wheels falling of every ten feet, it felt like 100 yards. Now i got my smoker and the next day i went to the store and got some baby backs so I can test this thing out, been in love ever since. Since then i have tried brisket and a whole chicken and so far everything has tasted great!
