Hello everyone, my name is Mark and live in Glendale. I'm new to smoking and really enjoy the low and slow approach to cooking. My smoker is nothing special and I would not try to contest with it. I have a Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault. It is easy to use since it burns propane and the wood chunks provide pretty good smoke. I've make several pork shoulders, beef top round roast, baby back ribs, and a pork loin standing rib roast (I think you call that a country cut). I'm looking forward to participating in the group.
