Hey All!

Man I'm Hungry for some good BBQ. It's 10:50 am, gonna have to wait a while, what do I grill/smoke today?

That's how It usually goes. Most of the time earlier.

I've BBQ'd on the most ridiculous cobbled together grills, from hand built semi underground pits to a grill on some rocks out camping somewhere. I usually bring a full sized grill camping now, am spoiled)

I've cooked a great many things, many of them probably don't belong on a BBQ.

I cook with gas, wood, coal, and used (long long time ago) possibly a few other types of fuel which may or may not have been safe...

Right now I have only gas (3 grills and one smoker), but am building some fun stuff (slowly but surely) from some of my past days..

I cook for a lot of people all the time, and I always, always make too much, because I can't help it. I always have leftover BBQ in the fridge.

To steal and modify a movie quote "BBQ and they will come..."

I guess I'm one of you folks Huh?

Nice to meet you,

Scott the "Landscaper"

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
