Rookie here to the BBQ world. My name is AJ, I live in the valley of the sun and I'm new to the BBQ world. I've eaten good BBQ from Central Cali. I'm in the process of building a UDS and I'm looking forward to gaining knowledge from you guys.

Welcome AJ, great to have you here, looking forward to seeing you online here more and meeting you soon out at some of our great events.

We have a great Brisket & Bean comp going on next weekend in Tucson if you are up for coming down there.  It's a great event to meet lots of members & enjoy lots of great BBQ.
