Title: Once a GroovyChicken

 O0 Once known as the GroovyChicken O0 but that is no more. I have been recycled into just plain ol Evan Short.
An over weight computer geek that works for UPS.

I love BBQ, but of course I have a pair so thats a given.

I have a Wife and three kids, Kara13 , Brandon 4, and John 8 months.

Love Camping. Don't get to do it enough. Use to do it all the time with my best friend but the Army broke that habbit.

Thing I love to make the most is fajitas Texas style, my own BBQ sauce, and Canadian Trinity Chili.

I want to learn more about cooking. really interested in smoking stuff. I'm learning all about the low and slow.

I'm not a big fan of fire hot. I am into flavors

Evan, Great to see you finally announce yourself.  Welcome to the site, we are glad to have you.

Great intro, glad to hear you are into the exciting learning stages of BBQ, it's actually a neverending learning experience.

As for the camping trip, we certainly will miss you once again on this years Annual Guys Camping Trip, but hopefully you can make the one next year.  :-\

Welcome to the board Evan. Let me know whenever you go camping in the white mountains. I'll hang out with ya. I love to go camping and fishing. Lots of places up here for it.
