Hello You Can Call Me Irish All My Friends Do. I Currently Live In Knoxville, TN
But I'm Looking To Enter The BBQ Competition Circle Either As A Vendor Or As And Actual
Competitor. I Have Never Competed Before But Feel I Have The Ability To Do So. I Have Friends In AZ
That I Haven't Seen In Years So Was Interested In Making A Move. I've Cooked Since I Was 13 I Have Created Several Of My Own Sauces Which Are Better Then Any I Buy At Walmart LOL I Have Also Created My Own Rub. I Have Hopes Of A Restaurant One Day But Till Then I'd Enjoy Vending Or Competing. Besides BBQ I Do Southern Home Cooking With A Northern Irish Twist. I Have Also Made Several Signature Burgers And Chillies. I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS LIL PIECE THAT IS ME NOW RAISE YOUR GLASS AND SMACK HER BOOTY LOL
