Thanks for the welcoming.. @Mark: Is there a POC for the event? I am going to try and clear my schedule for that and think of something to bring. I am a backyard bbq'er and never really cooked for a mass crowd. Do ya'll cook before hand and reheat on site or what is the typical setup? Thanks for the invite as well.
