been backyard smoking for a couple of years > Smoking was like crack did it one time and was hooked. I really enjoy doing bbq for people. always looking for a way to improve with new hints and advice. I joined a team last year "blue cloud" and have done a couple of comps. It was fun but smoking comp and smoking for the average person is some what diffrent I have found. You know you might be smoking a little too much when the kids say dad please no more ribs & pulled pork and the wife hides the matches. Been smoking on propane smoker and just bought a baby stumps. Looking forward to getting to know a few more people who have the bug.
