Hey guys I thought I'd join up over here!..I already know some of you from the comp trail,but my name is Matt Dalton and I'm the head cook of Left Coast Q..we are going to cook Hava q as our first Az comp this coming year..looking forward to meeting many more great BBQ people..thanks!

LOL, yes, I remember.  Great seeing you over here finally..

Look forward to seeing you out here in AZ for some comps next year. 

You guys should come over for our Annual Holiday Party & Awards banquet, it's a blast..

Welcome, Matt. I have to find a good paying job weekdays. Then I can quit this weekend crap, and get to the serious stuff...drinking and searing animal flesh.
I hope I make it to havasu...I added my name to the judges list, but that list is longer than the list of QBacks better than Derrick Derik Darick Dork Anderson...

Here's to Matt Dalton.  He was certainly a big presense within the BBQ Community and will be greatly missed.

From what I have read, he passed away yesterday, Tuesday, October 18th, 2016 while out fishing with his Daughter.

Our Thoughts & Prayers go out to Matt and his entire family, friends & everyone whose life Matt touched.

May his BBQ Spirit and passion always live on within all of us.

I had a chance to hang out with him in Whiting Iowa a few years back. What a great guy I have a some great memories of him.. RIP Matt
