Hello everyone!
My name is JayBirde and I am the Pitmaster of Limp Brizkit BBQ. We are a competition team and caterer from Post Falls, ID and are also proud members of the West Slope BBQ Association.

We started competing last year after we completed the build of our trailer pit. The pit has progressed since then and now includes a 3 bay SS sink, SS handwash sink, Hot Water, 2600W inverter, refrigerator, stereo system, HDTV and a swingout grill.

With only a few competitions under our belt, we are looking forward to this competition season and have spent the winter tweaking our rubs and sauces. Our first competition this season was Tim's Rib King and we placed Reserve Grand Champion and took 1st Place in Pork Belly!

I look forward to talking to each and every on of you on this site!!

Welcome, Jaybirde. (Good thing you have an "e" at the end of your name. One of our top competitors is named Jaybird. Things could get confusing!) Interesting sounding rig. Feel free to post pictures of it. We'd love seeing it.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
