Hey Fellow BBQ'ers,
I was told about this web site by Thom who is helping me with my very first BBQ Cookoff in Indio, California May 5th. I've lived in Texas all my life except for the last 4 years. I now live in Flagstaff, Az. where the weather is better suited for me. I have been smoking brisket for over 30 yrs. I Bought a new BBQ rig last August and we've brought our favorite pass time to the folks in Flagstaff, Page and Winslow and it seems to bring them allot of joy. When we put smiles on their faces and they give us the thumbs up sign. That brings us a ton of joy. Oh, we can smoke 24 briskets at the same time.
We hope to see in Indio, California
