Thought i would stop by and say hi, hi!  I received an MES30 for Christmas and am learning the ropes as i go, i am in the process of building an uds, so should be fun to learn how on that also.  Signed up for BBQ Islands class with Harry Soo on the 28th, should learn a lot.  Later Ron
