I am a new member to the AZBBQA site although I have BBQing and smoking since I was a yougin. I am from Pinetop Arizona and spent numerous years in Texas. As well as smoking, grilling and BBQ i love to dutchoven cook. during the summer months up here 90% of our meals are cooked outdoors in the backyard.

I have been visiting this site for several years and enjoy all the recipes and suggestions. Sometime in the near future I am planning on building a new smoker and will be scouring the site for suggestions.

I Hope to meet and speak with all of you in the future.
