Hello all. I am in Prescott Valley, AZ. I am an eager amateur with a simple set up and a lean budget. But friends and family all seem to like my ribs & brisket as well as lots of food that is grilled but not really barbecue. Hoping to learn tips & tricks, meet some like minded people and maybe even think about any contests i can enter without a tow-able rig and a team of minions.
