Hi everybody. I'm Scott living in Sierra Vista. I have been a long time griller but, I have become heavily involved with smoking this past year. I have been using a gas smoker and Brinkmann Smoke N Grill water smoker but, just bought a large Big Green Egg and am installing it in a outdoor kitchen that I am building. I am hoping to learn as much as I can form some of you more experience cooks out there and have some BBQ fun. Thanks
