just thought i'd say hi.......new at this smokin gig (4-5 months) but been cooking for a living for 20+yrs. azkitch nugged me to come over but mike and shelton from bbq island first told me about this place. now i think i'll take a stroll through the halls..........i'll be around.

thx for the welcome...........while a steeler fan i use the pic cuz i want to get all the mileage i can out of that little rescue. for a "rescue" i got an arm and a leg in that little bull terrier. as for the steelers, being from here we never had a team back in the day and since there were only 3 (yes i said 3) t.v. networks all the games were broadcasted so i liked the team (from before the superbowl runs) and a true fan never waivers. if he did, he might a well make pulled pork in a crock pot!

I remember those days! That's when 45s meant records, not gangster armament. ;)
