New guy from San Tan Valley

Hello all and thanks for the add. We have been smoking for over 30 years for just our own family and friends. We have two wood smokers. A custom reverse flow, and another custom on a trailer that we take to friends houses. Would love to test the waters in a competition, just for the experience. I actually work in Florence and will be wandering around the competition for the next couple days.

We look forward to talking and hopefully meeting some of you in the near future. Oh, and if you are wondering about our name, we are avid boaters and have a 36' boat on Saguaro if any of you are also water nuts!
