I have to say even though I do not cook all the meats I LOVE BBQ!!! I love trying new meats, sauces, and sides. Shoot last year we took a drive from Phoenix, AZ to Tx to go try State Line BBQ Restaurant. Which btw they have the BEST Bread Pudding EVER! (I am not a fan, but that place made me one, but can not find anything here in AZ comparable.
Anyways I am now working with Redbarks Sauces, (created and bottled here in Arizona) and became a member to get into the BBQ Community as well as learn some stuff! Can't wait to go to some events and meet some great cooks and people!
