Hi every one. My name is Paul and and lurked for awhile. Looks like a good forum.     I am hoping to learn some more about BBQ. I like cooking and I have my Grill ( gas) going about 4-5 days out of the week. I also do some Dutch oven cooking.

We do have a great group of BBQers on here with lots of great discussions & recipes, so jump on in an enjoy.  I think we all have gas grills as well and use them often.
