hey guys names David I'm a 21 Iraq vet that loves me some BBQ. currently working on my own 55 gallon smoker that should be done in the next week or so. Civilian side I work for Checker auto parts an like it very much.

my favorite things to cook are ribs and chicken.

look forward to seeing some of you at some of the BBQ events in the valley.

also i live in Laveen or south south PHX so if anyone wants someone to help build a bbq smoker or just some one to cook with hit me up ill be happey to help if i have the time.

Glad you came on. Like Mark (jmcrig) said, post some pics of your new rig. We love swappin' recipes and practicing competition cooking. And eating. And beer. etc.

I'm not a beer fan but yeah swapping recipes is always great.

and ill post pics when it comes back from the sandblaster but ill post up a modded grill ive got later. just refinished her.
