Howdy all,
My name is Rob aka Bugnasty. I live in East Mesa, Az. While living with my father in Wa. I learned a little about smoking instead of grilling. I thought it was very good but never tried it myself. I have since moved back down to Az and started smoking myself. I have this little griller/smoker unit, but have been smoking with it for quite a while now. I love the results and so does my family. At this point, I have smoked a brisket, pork shoulder, and chicken, all were a great success with my family. So much so that my wife wants to bottle the smoke and sell is as a mens cologne... lol. I want to get a bigger smoker soon, and really have fun. I am truly addicted to it now.
Anyways, about myself. I am a young, recently turned 46 yr old male. Been living in Az off and on for about most of those years. I am happily married to a wonderful supportive wife. This being my second marriage, we have one child together. But I have 2 daughters, and the wife has 2 daughters and a son. All but the son and our daughter have moved on. I am a vet of the USAF served 9 years here at Luke AFB. I am now a driver for the largest cab company here in Phx.
I am eager to learn as much as I can about the finer art of BBQing. So send everything you want. I will try most and keep all that really make the tasters go wow. Thanks all.
