Hi.
Just wanting to say hello. Signed up as I wanted to expand and develop some knowledge of BBQ.
Certainly don't own any toys as large as those that some members have. Just a Kettle grill and the smokenator. A great love of spice and food.

Hello, Raymond. Welcome to the site! We desert dwellers are jealous of your weather this time of year. We have lots of Canadian visitors here in the winter. I'm not quite sure we reciprocate in the summer, but wish we could. Please feel free to post photos of anything you are smoking up north. And let us know if the extra "u" in flavour adds extra flavor.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
