New!
Glad to be a part of the group and amongst good company!

I was fortunate enough to grow up with uncles who were pitmasters out of GA, and I'm pretty sure I threw down my first brisket before I could ride a bike.

Last year I decided to follow my dream and dropped the 9-5 and started Benny's BBQ Pit-n-fixins. No storefront, just a little mobile reverse flow stick burner that can handle a few pounds. My wheelhouse are the usual suspects: Brisket, Whole Pork Shoulder, Turkeys, Beef and Pork Ribs, my own sausage, Bone-in Tomahawk Ribeyes and I'll throw down with the world on my GA inspired Brunswick Stew style beans.

Looking forward to getting to know ya'll and seeing you at comps and events. I'm an open book and will share 98% of my trade stuff and love elevating everyone's game. The better BBQ gets in AZ, we all win!

Glad to have you with us, Bennie. Brunswick Stew is pretty much a little known dish around these parts.

It's definately a GA thing. I'll be sure to throw 10 gallons of it together at our next get together. Just let me know when.
