my name is Scott, most of my friends call me diesel. Ive always loved BBQ but my dad and i went to the havasu BBQ competition last month and that was it, we're hooked. so since there's no NV BBQ website i figured I'd join up here, nice forum you guys have here. anyway figured i'd post up and introduce myself.

I'd love to but I'm going to be up in MT memorial day weekend. I'm thinking Prescott will be our first competition, my dad (trailhound here on azbbq) and I are gonna start competing this summer.

What is this your 35th. forum you are a member of now?
I’m looking forward to next Sunday and the big test run for the new pit at my place.
Wish you could be there at 3:00am when I start up the pit to help it could be a good test run for competition.
