Hey guys, new member here.
Not only am I new member but also a smoking virgin. I recently decided to start learning how to cook low and slow style. I have a 22.5" WSM and I am currently in the process of making my way through the Low & Slow book by Gary Wiviott.
I am excited to find this community of great people and wealth of information. Looking forward to learning more about this art form and maybe meeting others in the east valley.
