I've been smoking brisket for over a year now. I also smoke cabage and other veggies. My wife and I are a team she seasons the meat and veggies and i do the smoking. :) :)

Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy it.  Great to have some BBQers from Texas on here.

We look forward to hearing about all of your competition and BBQing experiences and seeing lots of pictures, we do love pictures.

i like bbqing i have not done any copetitons yet but i would like to some time  :)

That's a pretty cool looking rig in the picture on your profile, what model is it?  Post some pictures in the "Show us yours" section.

I know I love seeing all the different kinds of smokers and BBQs out there.

me and my dad built it took us about 3 mouths but i like it works great
