Hey All,
My name is Jason. I've been BBQ'n for quite a while now, but recently (few years) started smoking pretty much on a weekly basis. The BBQ bug is in full effect and I'm interested in trying my luck in some competitions, which seems like a great way to meet more people, and learn how to cook "competition style". I have a UDS, and an XL BGE, and I'm in the process of trying to find a trailer stick burner. Besides smoking stuff at home I do a few fundraisers a year for the American Legion, usually serving around 150 people, and also cook quite a bit for my co-workers. I am excited to learn new tips and techniques, and eventually get out there and compete with some of you guys and gals.
