I am currently on the Tex's Smokehouse on Wheels team and really enjoying the community.  I am fairly new to smokin' and so will be looking for recipes and ideas. Hopefully soon, I'll be posting some of my own recipes. Until then, I'll keep learning, eating and smokin'!!!!!!!

Right on Sparky........ If you remember, I told you I learned from the best on boiling ribs and using liquid smoke......... MIKE.......... that's why we stay close to him....... and I hear his chicken is really rabbit....
