Hi All,

New member here from the far-west valley out in Verrado. I'm a backyard bbqer with a weber smokey mountain bullet. we have several bbq afficiandos in my neighborhood... we have been kind of putting together our own little club. 5 of us our getting together next weekend for a smoke-off. I'll try to post some pics..

I love barbecue, and i have been fortunate enough to be able to travel to some of the all-time shrines of cue, including arthur bryants, gates, and jack stack in kc, kreuz market, smitty's and salt lick in texas...

That sounds like a pretty cool group you cook with.  That's what BBQ is all about.  Making Friends and enjoying BBQ. 

I'm also envious that you have been able to visit some of those great BBQ Restaurants throughout the US.  I can't wait until I can do a road trip and visit some of them myself.
