Hey Gang,

My name is Jim 'Rhino' Reincke...by day I am an automotive sales professionl (car salesman), in my free time I own and operate Bandit BBQ Personal Chef, Catering, and Competition BBQ Crew.  It's all pretty much still in the hobby stage, but hope to take it worldwide someday.   ;D

Anyway, when you get a minute, check out my site at www.BanditBBQ.com and let me know what you think!

Hope to catch up with you in the search for excellent 'que!

Carpe 'Que,
Jim

P.S. I am also the founder of the Illinois BBQ Society (www.ILBBQS.com)and organizer of the Southern Illinois Bluegrass & BBQ Festival (www.BluegrassBBQ.com).

Rhino,

Welcome to the site, great to have you.  Sounds like you have some great experience in the BBQ world.  We might have to tap into some of that.

Congrats on founding the ILBBQS, I know how difficult that can be as well as organizing the BBQ festival.

With the BBQ Festival, who do you get it sanctioned by and how many teams do you typically pull in?  I know we have a lot of members on here that love to travel to a good contest, so maybe one day we will get a group together and make the trek to the Festival, it does sound like a blast.

Once again, great to have you on here, hope you enjoy the site.  We do have a bunch of great members.  ;)
