Just wanted to say to everybody, have wanted to get into BBQ/smoking for a while, but always something got in the way, but this will change. I have a lot of reading to do I see. Pork is what I like, but willing to do it all. I'm looking forward in learning and growing in this new past time. I live at the base of South Mountain by T-Bone steak house, so if you live close by say Hi.
