Mike,

Just wanted to let you know that I'd be here as promised. Once again, a huge thank you to helping us so much out there in Phoenix for the event at the J.W. Marriot. You are truly a class act and a great example of the BBQ brotherhood. We couldn't have pulled it off without you. My hat's off to you once again. I hope that we get a chance to meet up again some time to cook some great que together.

Tim,

Great to see you finally got signed on here.  I really enjoyed meeting you and Bob as well, you guys are certainly great people.  That's the one thing I love about the BBQ world, everyone seems to really be very friendly and willing to help out wheverever needed.

I'm glad your event was a success, you guys sure did work your butts off.  Glad we were able to get you a smoker out there to use and that Thomas was able to get you all the wood.

Hope to see you online here more and hopefully out at some of our events in the future.

Jump in and enjoy the forum, hopefully we will get to see some pictures of all that great North Carolina Que you were telling me about.  ;)

Tim,

Great pictures, that unit looks pretty cool, and I love all the wood around.  Looks like some nice living out there.

All that food did look good, I'll have to give you a few beers and get the recipes out of you...  ;D

Keep them comin...

Good luck on the upcoming events.

I don't know about recipes, but I'm getting the box together already for those rubs and sauces that I promised you.
