Hey all, Just heard about you all from azkitch at another BBQ site. Glad to be here. I'm in Gilbert, been smoking for 12 ish years. I have an old school Brinkman Horizontal with side firebox, heavy gauge steel before they went thin metal. I have a Char Griller w/o fire box that is for charcoal only ( by preference only ) and a Vermont castings grill. I use a weber charcoal chimney only ( never lighter fluid ) and I have a weber digital thermo and a Maverick ET-73.

Personal - I'm from NY (Long island) and no I dont talk lyk dat. Been in AZ since 94'. Live in the Lindsay Warner area. Love to Golf, Cook, Smoke, not necessarily in that order.

And yes I am an addict ( Smoke that is )

Last smoke was Turkey breast on the bone with ABT's. And Drinking Beer w/ Clamato Picante that day.

And thanks for dropping in! I didn't realize you had a Brinkmann. I named mine Eileen, cuz her legs were loose when I got her...
After I added a table. I just used redwood fence planks.

Now I need some spring handles.

Posting pics will give you big points here!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
