Title: Hi all fellow bbq'rs

Just joined the group and wanted to say hi.  I live in Gilbert just got a new pellet smoker for my b day back in September and have been addicted to bbq ever since. My goal on here is to just learn as much as I can about smoking with the hopes of maybe one day being good enough to join or start competing.  Looking forward to reading through all the forum. Thanks for letting me join your group.

Welcome, I am new as well.  Been cooking with smoke since I was a kid and enjoy the soul of it all.  Ive BBQ's with many cultures and I am drawn to learning different processes. Ive been pulling a trailer for about 5 yrs now and using it for friends and to help with fund raising events.  Now I'm looking to take it to the next level and signing up with this site seemed like a natural step along the way.
