Hillbilly

Howdy, found this site and thought it looked like a good one. 

I've been smokin for 30+ years, do lots a the traditional stuff, butts, ribs, poultry, beef, sausage an over coals.  Building a reverse flow smoker an got a drum smoker.

We do some catering an are in the process of building a concessions trailer.

Look forward to sharing some of my stuff and picking up some great ideas here to.
