My Name is Paul AKA bigtsmks and I wish to say hello to everyone out there. I especially wish to thank azkitch for introducing me to this sight. What a strange and wacky world we live in. I was out cutting the grass in the front and he had stopped by and asked if I was smoking anything. I told him not this morning and the discussion began about barbecuing and smoking. This is my kind of forum. I look forward to many more and intresting discusions. :)

Hey Paul, can I ask you...does Dave just drive around in his car and find people mowing their lawn and get out and start asking questions about smokin stuff? "Like, hey man, got any grass man?"   8)

Daves a great guy...just kidding! :D

Hi, Paul. Glad I could cue you in--Pun Not Intended--but appreciated just the same! Glad you came on board, and I hope you find this forum as enjoyable and helpful as I do.

Actually, Jay, I was out riding my bicycle, breaking in a new tire. I smelled burning wood @ 8 AM, so I knew someone was cookin' brisket or pork at 29th Avenue and Bell. Twas someone across the street from Paul.  I was just out on a recruiting run! And I got 15 miles in on my bike. That's something my fat arse needed desparately!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

First of all a big Welcome to you Paul. This is a very friendly forum as well as very informative. Lots of stuff gets posted and if you dont find what your looking for, just ask, someone will chime in very soon.

Now as for Dave, you had to bring him up...  >:D He is a strange and wacky one indeed.. oops. Did I say that?  As for his question about "smoking anything"    I bet he said BBQ related just as a cover.. lol. Actually, we love Dave. He is a good guy and will not steer you wrong in the BBQ department. Ok, now I have to go wipe my nose off.
