Tempe BBQER

Hi Everyone,

I have been a club member for a little bit now, but never introduced myself.  I am Ed have lived in Tempe for the past 15 years, but in the process of moving to Gilbert.
I enjoy reading all the info on this site, and trying new ways to Que :)

Have learned so much in my short time here, to be honest I now know I did not have a clue what I was doing till I found this site!!!

Would love to compete someday, maybe even get in the BBQ business..

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for all your great info.
