Well,

I am not new but I haven't really been active on this forum.  I just realized I missed the Tempe BBQ event and I am disappointed in myself for not partaking in all the fun.

I have been smoking regularly for a few years but anxious to communicate and particpate in this forum to increase my knowledge and skills.

Hope to attend some events soon and maybe even compete.  I am looking forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome to the site, great to have you hear and we certainly look forward to reading your posts and talking BBQ with you.

You did miss a great event last weekend, but we will have others coming up, just keep checking back on the site here and hopefully we get to meet you soon out at some of the events.

Hope you enjoy the site and all it has to offer, we do have some great topics here and some great members.  If you don't see something that you have a question about, post it up and I'm sure you will get plenty of responses.

WELCOME!!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Hi Kent, welcome. If I'm not mistaken you are a proud owner of a BDS or two, is that right?
