I started smoking years ago in Arkansas on a propane bullet.  It didn't make the trip back to AZ.  I just used a offset smoking on a propane grill for awhile then broke down and bought my first offset smoker.  I got the chargriller with the sidebox from Lowe's and really love it.  I am looking to maybe start alittle BBQ stand somewhere but before I can I need to get a bigger smoker.  Does anyone have a suggestion on wheather to go with a regular smoker or should I go with a rotisserie?  Any help with my pipedream would be GREATLY Appreciated.

Thanks,

Rich

Can't help you with the offset info. I use bullets for the most part.
But welcome to the madness. I'm sure someone will jump in here soon and offer some good advice.

Mike can help you out there, I'm sure he has a Diamondplate that can handle your needs. I'm an offset user too, so welcome to the site!

Love the offsets.  I too have a Chargriller.  I have the Duo which I ordered the firebox for and made it a Triple.  It works great.

I am also the distributor for the Diamondplate smokers if you are interested.  They are awesome rigs..  Check out the section dedicated to them.

Hope to see you out at some of our great events.

WELCOME!!

Hey Jeremy, I lived at Holiday Island when it was first being built (Dad was project manager), great area... worked as a kid at the mini zoo they had there.  Great job feeding the big cats, chimps and all..  Have not been there since mid 80's i bet it looks different now.

Yeah I know the zoo closed and Earl passed away....Worked on both golf courses myself in 75 and 76, your step dad probably knows my dad if he's been there that long..  I will send PM to get off this origional subject..
