Hello All,

My names is James Parr from Salt Lake City,UT I'm the pitmaster of H&D BBQ. We have been competing for 2 years now and have had the pleasure to meet and cook along side some of you from AZ. We use to live in Mesa,AZ for about 8 years then moved back to Utah for family reasons and what not. H&D BBQ is made up of me and my brother Garret and we have done okay in our short two year run so far. We have plans of being more active down in AZ for the 2014 season, and it will be our honor and pleasure to get to know and meet the rest of the fine folks down in AZ who share the same love for the lifestyle we call BBQ! If you have any questions, comments,or concerns please feel free to contact us anytime. You can always PM us on here,or reach us through or website www.hdbbq.net on there as all of our social media jazz and what not lol. Thanks again all for your time and look forward to speaking more.

Best regards,

Looks like a Klose and a Pittie!! Nice pairing! Is your pit indeed a Klose, and is your doggie indeed a pit? Our bully is a gregarious dunderhead. And she's stubborn!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Thanks AZ.. Yes it is a Pit and she gorgeous. She belongs to some good friends of mine. The pit on the other hand is not a Klose,It is a Jensen Pit made here in Utah buy a company called Jensen Custom pits. They make some really awesome rigs for whatever you made need. Here is the FB link if you would like to check em out. https://www.facebook.com/JensenPit
