Title: Hello from the UK

Hi,

I'm from a town called Swindon in the UK which is about 1hr west of London. The UK and the rest of Europe has been going crazy for American BBQ recently. It seems like there is a new smoke house opening up every week and we've seen bbq contests grow all over Europe.

I've been competing for about 5 years now, which I do with my wife. We've been lucky enough to compete in the US before at both the Jack and the American Royal but we'd love to travel more around the US and compete in lots of different states including AZ.

Glad to have you with us, Ed! It's terrific that you've cooked at the Royal and the Jack. We look forward to seeing you in Arizona some day. Lots of mesquite wood and spicy ingredients to try out and add to your repertoire out here. ;D

The wife is from Fenstanton, don't think that's too far from ya. She can't wait to go back. Welcome to the forum,  hope to see you compete out this way.....
