I've been hanging out with the Flying Salami Bros. here in Rio Rancho for a few years, and finally broke down and purchased a WSM and have just been having a blast learning how to cook up brisket and pork! I've tried chicken but can't get that down yet, and have yet to attempt ribs... Though my wife wants some  ;D

I'm trying to see about purchasing some charcoal here locally, unfortunately, Albuquerque/Rio Rancho I haven't found a good supplier, but still looking.

Once again, Welcome to the site, it's great to have you on here.  We have some great members here and lots of great info.  Browse around and if you don't see something, create a topic and I'm sure you will get lots of reponses.
