Hello All, The name is Allen and my wife's name is Jolena. Thank's for the welcome to your website. We finally found some people who love to do what we do and that's smokin BBQ! You all have good info on your site for the subject and we appreciate it. Were looking forward to comming out to the events in the future. Before I get off I have a Question: When you go to these events I assume you have rules and what kind of equipment you can use. Where can you find this info?

Welcome once again to the site, great to have you.  For the events that are IBCA or KCBS Sanctioned, you have to use a pit that cooks with Wood or Charcoal, no Propane or Electric.

For our Backyard Competition, you can use whatever, they are typically wide open as we use them to get more people to come out and get the bug that we all have.

Hope you enjoy the site, we certainly look forward to seeing you online here more and out at many of our upcoming events.
