Long time BBQ'er with family roots and deep BBQ influences from East Tx & Shelby\Tipton Counties TN! I love to do briskets and Pulled Pork Primarily. I run a New Braunfels primarily on Mesquite and\or Pecan. I am looking to get into some small time competitions to see how it works and just have fun.
